現場でお困りの消毒方法について、尾家 重治先生（山陽小野田市立 山口東京理科大学 薬学部 教授）に解説していただきました。

診察椅子・待合室椅子の消毒方法
消毒用エタノールやアルコール・界面活性剤含浸ワイプによる清拭が適している。
また、金属箇所でなければ、0.02％（200ppm）～0.05％（500ppm）次亜塩素酸ナトリウム清拭も適している。
ただし、ノロウイルスやロタウイルスなど消毒薬抵抗性が強いウイルスや、新型コロナウイルスなどの重要なウイルスが対象となる場合には0.05％（500ppm）～0.1％（1,000ppm）濃度液の使用が望ましい1-8)。
