Maruishi will use personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use which is noticed or publicly announced.

Maruishi will not provide personal information to any third party without the corresponding person’s prior consent or unless authorized by applicable laws and regulations.

In the case that Maruishi jointly uses personal information with a person other than Maruishi, it will notify or publicly announce the required information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Maruishi may provide personal information to subcontractors within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use which is notified or publicly announced. In this case, Maruishi will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over subcontractors.

In order to protect personal information, Maruishi will take necessary and appropriate actions for the security control, and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over Maruishi’s employees.
